Puppy Application is required to start the process of receiving a Joshua French Bulldog pup. Once we have received your application we then have the right to accept your deposit or if we do not feel your environment is a proper fit for our pup, we maintain the right to refuse your request. We also have the right to first choice of all pups born at French Bulldogs of Joshua. Usually, we will know in advance if we expect to keep a pup from the breeding. Deposits $500.00
To hold a spot for a puppy you must decide in advance if you want a male or female. Your deposit is a commitment from you to pay for and take delivery of your new puppy at 8 weeks. In case of emergencies delivery can be negotiated. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless otherwise agreed upon.
Reasons for non-refundable deposit
Deposit creates intent on the part of the buyer to follow through with the purchase of this puppy. Failure to complete the puppy sale, subjects the seller to lost puppy sales from other would be clients. Pups sell better before 8 weeks than after, so timing is important. Thus, the non-refundable deposit is meant to compensate seller for possible loss. Breeding Frenchies is a very expensive process which takes much study, time, and money. With most breedings we have invested thousands of dollars buying and raising the female. Then there is the cost of stud fees, with most quality studs costing $2,000.- and up. In addition, there is the expense of progesterones, shipping semen, artificial insemenation, C-sections, etc..
In case of health issues, or lack of proper number of male or female pups in the litter, the seller will be happy to refund buyers deposit or transfer buyers deposit to an available pup or upcoming litter.
